I really wanted a game where I could be a dragon. Most dragon games aren't really about the dragons at all. They're about ... people ... that's right. And people aren't dragons, are they? It's time to have a new dragon game that's about, you know: DRAGONS!What are real dragons like? They're not your pets... or your animal friends. They're wild, majestic, ferocious forces of nature. But, they're not mindless. No - they're very smart... and clever... (well... sometimes.) Real dragons have character, personality, depth. You could even say there's a little human in every dragon. ( ... or maybe that depends on their diet.)Why should you get this game?Well... if you want to be a dragon - you should totally get it!Please, don't lose this chance to eat absolutely everyone! 7aa9394dea Title: Grim DragonsGenre: Action, Adventure, Indie, Early AccessDeveloper:Punkster Inc.Publisher:Punkster Inc.Release Date: 1 Feb, 2017 Grim Dragons Activation Code [Patch] dragon's dogma grim tidings. school of dragons grim gnasher titan. merge dragons grimm tree. grim dawn dragon. merge dragons grimm. school of dragons grim gnasher names. dungeons and dragons grim reaper. merge dragons grimm chest. dragons a grim retreat. school of dragons grim gnasher. dragon's dogma grim reaper. grim gnasher school of dragons. dungeons and dragons grim harvest. the grim retreat dragons. merge dragons grimshire 2. grim soul dragon. grim gryphon dragon quest xi. grim riders vs bone dragons. merge dragons grimm trees. grim reaper dungeons and dragons. grim gryphon dragon quest 11 steal. dragons grim gnasher. grim rider dragon quest. grim gnasher dragon. grim reaper dragon city. grim dragons rise of berk. merge dragons grimshire. grim dragons. grim defender dragon. grim gryphon dragon quest 11. grim goblin dragon's dogma I only did a quick playthrough of the first scene just to see if this was worth it or not and it is worth it for its price. I freaking love the dragon's voice, attitude and narrating. Not so much towards the humans, not because they suck, I just want to slash and burn them up instead of seeing them talk. XDCyril gets all the attention not you human peasents! The controls are easy for me to use to where i don't need a controller, combat is good and plenty of health as well to where I never died once. Roaming around is very nice because of the fact you can wall jump endlessly while flying towards a mountain to get a dragon's eye view (not bird's eye view) of everything if you are lost on where to go next or if you just missed that one thing to kill or destroy. The story is nice to watch when cutscenes occur. On an unrelated note, Cyril is one handsome and overconfident dragon, I love that about him.Last thing to mention, the world map. I like how it says that this is how the world map looks.... at least according to Cyril. Makes sense, he can fly and know the world map better than we ever could since we can't fly. :PThe only weird thing about the game I have seen was when the peasents die they say "bye bye" that just feels weird hearing that... that's the only thing should change from the current stuff I have seen so far.As for adding stuff though, I saw from Desolater IV's review (the most helpful one currently) a good suggestion to add in experience points for killing things or some sort of reward. I hope that happens. Some sort of level up system would make it more addicting to go back and replay levels.. So I just bought this game primarily because it looked really nice and simple, and because the user reviews were good. Why would I recommend this game? - Really simple, fun game to play during your freetime - From what I can tell, the map is huge - Really, really stupid humor that's so stupid it's amusing in on itself. Why would I not recommend this game? - Really, really stupid humor. The reason I reiterate this is because its really forced. $5 says you'll go "What? Ok." or something of that nature in reaction to how it starts off. Yeah it's good if you try to play along in your head but otherwise it may be a bit repulsive.. Very good, indy game that feels like a 3d take on old classics. I has very simple game mechanics but has a unique feel to it. Needless to say, I highly recommend it, especially considering it will only get better with time since it's early access. As a side note, as I was playing it my kids came over and insisted on playing, and now it's one of their favorite games. It's probably a little violent for them but since there isn't any blood I don't think there's much harm in it.. It hasn't been updated in a long time and at this point I would be surprised if it ever will be. At it's current state it's not worth your time:- Except for the main character Cyril, the voice acting sounds like somebody recorded it with a potato- The sound effects in this game sound really cheap and cheesy- While I personally don't mind outdated 3D graphics or even pixelated 2D graphics, this game combines cartoonish 3D environment with 2D sprites for characters and it looks absolutely horrendous. They would have been better off sticking to either 2D or 3D- The animations are done very poorly and do not look smooth at all- The combat system is very clunky and needs a serious rework. You end up using hit and run tactics in order to kill any enemy who doesn't die in 2 hits. You have very little control to aim your flames so most of the time you won't hit anything with it- Currently the game only has 2 short levelsThe only selling points of this game are that you play as a dragon and that the voice actor of the dragon did really well. Unfortunately 2 positive points are not enough compared to the faults this game has. Perhaps they will update this game one day, who knows? But until then it is just a bad game that needs serious work.. Grim Dragons is a unique casting of Dragons as they really are. Too often we don't get the dragon's point of view when we humans get nice and comfy near their nests. And it follows that a dragon would indeed have something to say about all the noise that we make! (Can't say much about how we smell though.)You play as one such lovely creature for once. A dragon, named Cyril, who has had a nap disrupted by humans.I enjoy the relationship the author of this game has done with Cyril. He isn't the bad guy in his own mind, he's just protecting his roaming grounds and doing what any normal dragon would. And that kind of thinking is surprisingly provoking! It makes it very enjoyable despite what many others would say it lacks in graphical content.Well, I got a dragon game worth playing now!EDIT: But, this game has likely been abandoned, therefore I do not recommend purchasing this unless the creator fulfills his dream and finishes it. By then, we might have a better game to buy anyway! (Unless more dragon games continue to flop that is. Any hints where a good one may be?).
